These terms and conditions, together with your acceptance in the purchase confirmation, constitute the contract between You and ANNA LOVELY CLOTHES MORE QUEENS, S.L.

PURCHASE PROCESS:

In accordance with Article 27 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI), the different procedures for entering into the online contract are stated. All prices shown in the product description include 21% VAT. Prices are expressed in euros (€). The applicable price will be the one stated when the customer made the purchase. Published prices are valid until the end of the offer's validity.

The company reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice.

PAYMENT METHODS:

DELIVERY TIMES:

If the customer observes any anomaly in the delivered package, we ask that you state your claim on the delivery note and also indicate on the delivery note the phrase "pending verification." SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping costs stipulated by ANNA LOVELY CLOTHES MORE QUEENS, S.L. for peninsular Spain are free if the total price of the order exceeds €100. Otherwise, shipping costs are €8 for Galicia, €9 for the rest of the peninsula, and €13 for the Canary and Balearic Islands. Currently, shipments are not made to Ceuta and Melilla.

In the case of international shipments, shipping costs will always be borne by the customer.

Delivery will be considered complete at the moment the carrier has made the products available to the customer and the customer has signed the delivery receipt document. Customers have 14 days (in compliance with Chapter II of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, in its Article 71.1), from the receipt of the merchandise, to make an exchange or return. Once the material is checked and if everything is correct, the total amount paid by the customer (including purchase shipping costs) will be refunded within a period not exceeding 14 days from the knowledge of the withdrawal. In compliance with Article 73 of Chapter II of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the costs of return when exercising the right of withdrawal are borne by ANNA LOVELY CLOTHES MORE QUEENS, S.L.; only shipping and transport costs (from the customer's home to the store) may be charged.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

ANNA LOVELY CLOTHES MORE QUEENS, S.L. defines an exchange as the substitution of one product for another. Customers have 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise to make any exchange.

The procedure for exchanges will be as follows: Send an email to annalovelyclothes@gmail.com. It is necessary to indicate that it is an exchange, the purchase date, order number, and the reasons for the exchange or return. You must indicate the product or products you wish to receive to know their current availability. ANNA LOVELY CLOTHES MORE QUEENS, S.L. will assess if it is within the established legal deadlines or the commercial warranty that ANNA LOVELY CLOTHES MORE QUEENS, S.L. gives to its customers.

The package must contain the original packaging and labels. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all its accessories. Once the package arrives, we will check that the product has no damage and has not been used. If the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed with its exchange immediately. If, on the contrary, we detect any anomaly, the customer will be informed of such incident. If the customer requests a refund, the total amount paid by the customer (including purchase shipping costs) will be refunded within a period not exceeding 14 days from the knowledge of the withdrawal.

ANNA LOVELY CLOTHES MORE QUEENS, S.L. will refund the initial shipping costs, with the customer being responsible for the costs of shipping the product from their home to the store's headquarters (return costs).

WARRANTY:

According to current regulations (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws), all new products have a two-year warranty, unless the manufacturer grants a longer period, which can be seen in the product's description.

ANNA LOVELY CLOTHES MORE QUEENS, S.L. is responsible for supporting the warranty. The purchase invoice will serve as the warranty for the acquired products.

The warranty period begins on the delivery date of the product. Defects or damage that may arise from improper handling of the products and materials or wear and tear caused by normal use are not included in the warranty. The warranty documentation included by manufacturers is mandatory reading for the buyer. Warranty documents may include or exclude limitations on the product's warranty coverage. Any incident or anomaly during the warranty period must be reported via email to annalovelyclothes@gmail.com.

CONTRACT TERMINATION:

In accordance with Article 60.2.d of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), the procedures available to the consumer for terminating the contract are set out.

The customer who has confirmed the order in the purchase process may cancel the order in the following situations:

A) Decides to back out after the purchase: You must notify us before the merchandise leaves our facilities. If you have paid for the product, you must notify us as soon as possible.

B) Decides to back out while the merchandise is already being shipped. You must exercise the right of withdrawal upon receipt of the product.

C) ANNA LOVELY CLOTHES MORE QUEENS, S.L. does not have the product. We may not have the product available at the time of purchase, we will try to obtain it within the shortest possible time or you can choose another product. The customer may decide to cancel the order.

USER REGISTRATION:

LEGISLATION:

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
