Shipping costs stipulated by ANNA LOVELY CLOTHES MORE QUEENS, S.L. are free if the total order price exceeds €100 (peninsula only). Otherwise, shipping costs will be €8 for Galicia, €9 for the rest of the peninsula, and €13 for the Canary and Balearic Islands. Currently, we do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.

For international shipments, shipping costs will always be borne by the customer.

Delivery will be considered complete when the carrier has made the products available to the customer and the customer has signed the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the products upon receipt and to note any justified reservations and claims on the delivery receipt document. If there is any anomaly upon receipt of the merchandise, the customer has 24 hours to file a claim with the transport company.
